Shipping Policy
At Ozodiac, we understand the importance of getting your items to you as quickly as possible. That's why all orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days of placing your order. We work closely with a variety of shipping carriers to ensure that your items are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ozodiac purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item, and we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the item, we'll process a refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of exchanges, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs to send the item back to us, and Ozodiac will cover the cost to ship the new item to you. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Ozodiac reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item is not in new condition.
